Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund is given: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or with certain parts missing for reasons not due to an error by us.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied automatically to your credit/debit card or original means of payment within a few days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially credited.
Then contact your bank. There is often a period of processing required before a refund is credited.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace an item if it is faulty or damaged. If in such a case you wish to exchange it, send an e-mail to email@example.com and send your items to: Husson International, Route de l’Europe, 68650 Lapoutroie, France.

You must pay your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return expenses will be deducted from it.
